Use this guide when a workflow does not start, stops unexpectedly, or produces a result that is not ready to use. Start with the smallest affected scope: one connection, one product, or one failed item.

A connected store does not work

Open Connections and check the store status.

  1. Select Test to check whether Listagrow can communicate with the store.
  2. Check that the store URL and authorization are current.
  3. Reauthorize or update the connection when the store reports missing access or expired credentials.
  4. Select Sync now after reconnecting so Listagrow can refresh the catalog information used by the workflow.

If you are using the embedded Shopify app, reopen Listagrow from Apps in Shopify Admin and complete any authorization prompt. Reopening the app refreshes its store connection before the dashboard loads.

Never send an access token, API key, consumer secret, or other store credential in a support message or screenshot.

Shopify approved a plan but Listagrow still shows the old plan

Do not approve another charge. Return to Subscription in Listagrow and select Retry subscription sync in the error banner. Listagrow checks the active subscription already approved in Shopify and updates the account when its plan and billing details match.

If no matching active subscription is found or the retry fails, contact support with the visible error and the plan name. Do not include billing credentials or store access tokens.

Catalog filters or health information look outdated

Catalog health and missing-field signals depend on the store information Listagrow has audited. If products were added or changed outside Listagrow, open Connections and run Sync now, then return to Enrich Products.

If a sync reports an authentication or permission error, reconnect or reauthorize the store before retrying. Listagrow keeps the last successful catalog and health information when a sync cannot read a trustworthy complete catalog snapshot, so do not disconnect the store solely because the product count did not refresh.

Use direct catalog filters such as search, status, category, collection, or vendor when you need to find a known product while you are checking catalog freshness.

Generation or enrichment does not finish

Open the operation progress indicator and check its state.

  • For Completed with errors, review completed products first, then use Retry Failed when it is available.
  • For Failed, correct the source problem before retrying. Common causes include missing source images, incomplete product information, insufficient credits, or a disconnected destination.
  • For Cancelled, review any completed items and restart only the unfinished selection when necessary.

Use a small selection when testing a new workflow, product category, or field configuration.

A product cannot be published

Open the product in Review Products and check every destination-required value before trying again. Confirm the connected destination is active and that the product has accurate source information.

Common checks include a unique SKU or product code, required category, price and inventory, required structured fields, and destination-specific attributes. For Shopify translation publication, also confirm that the target language is published in Shopify and that the source product already exists there.

If publishing reports expired authentication or changed permissions, reconnect the store before retrying. Authentication failures are not retried automatically because another attempt cannot succeed until access is restored.

An export is not ready

Exports can take a short time to prepare. Keep the page open until Download appears, or return to Export History to find a completed export later.

If an export fails, reduce the selection to a small group and check the selected destination or template. Confirm that required product fields are present before trying again.

A translation is stale or cannot publish

A translation becomes Stale when its source content changes. Your localized edits remain available; retranslate the target language when you need a new version based on the current source content.

The Publish to store locale action appears only for a ready translation and a connection that supports direct localized publishing. For Shopify, the target language must be published in the store and the connection needs the appropriate translation permissions.

Image enhancement is not usable

Use supported image formats and keep the selection within the image limit shown in the uploader. Review the enhanced image before downloading it: product identity, labels, colors, proportions, and required information should remain accurate.

If a result is unsuitable, use the image editor to try a different approach or keep the original image. Check the credit cost before starting a larger image batch.

Contact support with useful details

Use Help & Support when the checks above do not resolve the issue. Include the workflow you were using, the connected platform, the affected product or operation, the visible error message, and screenshots with credentials and customer data removed.
