Use Review Products as the quality gate for generated and enriched product content. Keep products in review until the information is ready for the destination you have in mind.
Find the products you need
Use the list controls to search and filter products. You can narrow the list by product status and date, then open an individual product when you need to inspect or edit it in detail.
The list also highlights product status and completeness information to help you prioritize the records that need attention.
Check and improve a product
Open a product to review the generated content alongside the information relevant to its destination. Edit fields that need correction and regenerate individual fields when a new result is needed.
Before approval, check the details that matter to your business, including product identity, claims, prices, images, categories, attributes, and any platform-specific fields.
Approve, reject, export, or publish
Use Review to open and check a product in detail. Use rejection when a product should not move forward; you can reject individual products or selected groups from the review list.
For file-based workflows, select approved products and export them in the available destination format. When you use a connected destination with publishing available, use Publish after checking its required fields. Publishing and export options vary by platform and connection.
Open More Actions and choose Translate when you need to review a localized version of an individual product.
