Use Publish when the reviewed products are ready for a connected store. Use Export when you need a destination file for a platform or an approved supplier-template workflow.
For the broader multichannel capability, see AI Product Listing Generator for Multichannel Sellers.
Decide whether to publish or export
Publish is available only for connected destinations that support direct publishing. Select the destination and the available publication status, then publish after every required field has been reviewed.
Export creates a file for the destination you select. Use it when direct publishing is unavailable, when a marketplace needs a file upload, or when you need to move reviewed content through another operational process.
Do not treat either option as a substitute for review. Check the product title, description, images, prices, inventory, categories, structured values, and destination-specific fields first.

Publish to a connected destination
- In Review Products, select the products you want to publish.
- Choose the connected destination.
- Choose the available publication status, such as active, draft, or pending review when the destination supports it.
- Start publishing and monitor the in-app progress state.
- Review the result in the connected store after the operation completes.
Direct publishing depends on the connected platform and its permissions. If the destination is not connected, connect it before attempting to publish.
If only some products publish successfully, the progress banner shows a warning with the published and failed counts. It also shows the available error details. Successful updates remain in your store; review the affected products before trying again.
Export a file
- Select the reviewed products you want to export.
- Select More Actions.
- Under Export format, choose the destination or available original-template option.
- Select Export selected and wait while the file is prepared.
- Open More Actions and select Download file when the export is ready.
- Import or upload the file using the destination’s own process.
An export can take a short time to prepare. If an export is not ready immediately, keep the page open until the download control appears.
Find an earlier export
Use Export History in Review Products to find recent exports and download a completed file again. The history identifies the destination or original supplier format, product count, status, and date.
