Use this guide with a connected WooCommerce store. Listagrow can work with the existing WooCommerce catalog, prepare missing content, and publish reviewed products back to the store.
For an overview of the capability, see the WooCommerce integration page.
Connect and sync the store
From Connections, add the WooCommerce store URL and use the recommended authorization flow where it is available. The page also offers a manual API-key option when your store uses that setup.
After connecting, run Sync now when you need Listagrow to refresh catalog information. Use Test when you need to confirm that the connection is still valid.
Enrich WooCommerce products
Open Enrich Products and choose the WooCommerce store. Use the available tasks:
- Incomplete Products to focus on readiness gaps.
- Categories & Attributes for catalog classification and product data.
- SEO for search-facing product information.
- Copywriting for product content.
- Custom for a more focused selection.
Use search, missing-field, and status filters to narrow the work. WooCommerce status choices include published, draft, and pending review.

Review WooCommerce fields
In Review Products, check the WooCommerce values that appear alongside standard product content. Common fields include:
- Sale price and regular price
- Quantity and SKU
- Category and brand
- Short description
- Yoast focus keyphrase and SEO metadata
Check that pricing, stock, categories, and product claims are accurate before publishing. Product content can be generated or enriched, but commercial data should always match the source of truth in your store.
Publish reviewed products
Use Publish to WooCommerce after completing review. Select the available destination status before starting the publish operation, then verify the resulting product in WooCommerce.
WooCommerce does not currently offer direct localized publication from the translation panel. Keep translated content in Listagrow for review unless a compatible localized-publishing action is available for the selected connection.
