Use this guide with a connected Shopify store. The general Listagrow workflow remains the same: choose the store, enrich or create product content, review every result, then publish or export. Shopify adds native catalog, taxonomy, metafield, collection, and localized-publishing workflows.
Work from the Shopify catalog
Open Enrich Products and choose the Shopify store. Use the available tasks to focus the catalog work:
- Incomplete Products for products with missing content or catalog information.
- Category & Metafields for Shopify taxonomy and structured product data.
- SEO for search-facing content.
- Copywriting for product title and description work.
- Custom when you need to choose a more specific enrichment approach.
Use search, status, collection, and missing-field controls to narrow the catalog. Shopify status choices include active, draft, and archived products.

Review Shopify fields
In Review Products, check the standard product content alongside Shopify-specific information:
- Shopify category and category path
- Metafields, including namespace and key
- Collections, product type, vendor, tags, price, compare-at price, quantity, and barcode
Use the Metafields section to inspect structured values before publishing. Select Manage from that section when the underlying Shopify field configuration needs to change for future work.
Configure structured Shopify content
Open Brand & Content → Structured Fields and select the Shopify tab. Choose the Shopify definitions Listagrow should populate, add instructions where needed, and enable category attributes only when those attributes belong in your catalog workflow.
See Configure Structured Fields for the field-definition, Data Rules, and category-attribute setup process.
Configure the description layout
Shopify descriptions can remain as one content block, use a third-party tab app, or render as native theme accordions. Choose the matching display mode before applying content to Shopify. Theme accordions require a one-time Custom Liquid block in the active product template.
See Configure Shopify Product Description Tabs and Accordions for the theme setup, supported snippets, testing, and safe switching guidance.
Publish or localize
Select Publish to Shopify after the product is reviewed. Choose an available publication status, such as active, draft, or pending review, before starting the operation.
For localized Shopify content, open the individual product, choose More Actions → Translate, review the target language, then use Publish to store locale only when the target language is published in Shopify and the connection supports localized publication.
