Use this guide with a connected eBay seller account. Listagrow can prepare eBay listing content, save an unpublished offer for later review, and publish a live listing only when you choose an active destination status.
Connect and sync the account
From Connections, select eBay and authorize the seller account. Choose the marketplace where you sell, then save the required fulfillment, payment, and return policy defaults in Brand & Content before publishing live listings.
Use Sync now when you need Listagrow to refresh the eBay catalog. You can also create an unpublished offer from Listagrow and then find it in Enrich Products.
If a legacy eBay listing does not appear after syncing, first migrate the eligible listing to eBay’s Inventory model in Seller Hub. Sync again after eBay has created the Inventory API item and offer.
Set eBay listing defaults
Select the eBay connection in Brand & Content before changing its settings. In Copywriting, the eBay Listing Defaults section shows whether the warehouse location and the required business policies are ready.
- Add the physical warehouse address used to ship the inventory.
- Select a fulfillment, payment, and return policy for the connected eBay marketplace.
- Use Marketplace Search to research buyer search terms. Listagrow uses relevant terms in eBay titles, descriptions, and category item specifics; eBay does not use website meta titles or meta descriptions.
- Your Copywriting title pattern, description structure, tone, and writing guidelines apply to eBay listings within eBay’s limits. Choose an eBay title density from compact to maximum discovery based on character length, and keep every title within 80 characters. Listing descriptions can use basic formatting, but should be factual, easy to scan on mobile, and free of active or embedded content.
In Product Rules, scope a rule to eBay when it should only affect eBay listings. eBay rules can set listing title, description, condition, condition description, price, quantity, seller SKU, or barcode. Use condition-description rules only where they fit the selected item condition. Rules for store-only fields, such as tags or meta descriptions, are unavailable when eBay is selected.
eBay item specifics are not configured in Brand & Content. Choose a category in Review and complete the item specifics supplied for that category. Required item specifics are marked there before publishing.
For Images, review every enhanced image before publishing. In Image settings, choose whether to keep un-enhanced originals or replace them. Make sure the final images accurately show the product’s condition, colour, materials, included items, and identifiers.
Enrich eBay listings
Open Enrich Products and choose the eBay account. Use the available tasks:
- Incomplete Listings to focus on missing listing content.
- Listing Content to improve eBay titles and descriptions.
- Custom to choose the fields and instructions for a focused operation, including condition, condition description, and item specifics when they need attention.
Use search, missing-field, status, and catalog-health filters to narrow the work. The eBay status filter includes active, draft, and ended offers. Missing eBay categories appear in catalog-health and enrichment tasks so you can assign a suitable category before publishing. Select individual listings or run an operation across the current matching set.

Review eBay fields
In Review Products, check the eBay fields before saving or publishing:
- eBay title and listing description
- Condition and condition description
- Category and item specifics
- Seller SKU, price, and quantity
- Images and product identifiers
Confirm the category, item specifics, pricing, inventory, and condition are accurate. Required item specifics and policy settings must be complete before an offer can become a live eBay listing.
Listagrow shows the full eBay-defined set of item specifics for the selected category. Add values only to those available fields; required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Save a draft or publish live
Choose Draft to save an unpublished eBay offer. It is not visible to buyers and has no live eBay listing URL. You can return to it from Listagrow’s eBay catalog to continue enrichment and review.
Choose Active only when the listing is ready to appear on eBay. Listagrow then publishes the offer and returns a live eBay listing URL when eBay accepts it.
