AI credits measure eligible AI work in Listagrow. Your available balance is shown while you work and on Subscription. Treat the credit cost displayed before you start an action as the current source of truth.

What can use credits

Product generation, enrichment, AI image enhancement, and other eligible AI options can use credits. Optional work, such as keyword research or regenerating a field, can change the total cost of a product workflow.

Before starting a larger task, check:

  • The product or image count in the selected scope.
  • Any optional AI features you enabled.
  • The estimated credit cost shown in the app.
  • Your current credit balance.

The cost can vary by action and product configuration. Do not rely on an old price table, screenshot, or prior workflow when deciding whether you have enough credits.

Why an action can be unavailable

An action can be disabled or stop before it begins when Listagrow cannot safely complete it. Common reasons include:

  • Your current balance is lower than the estimated cost.
  • The selected scope exceeds a plan or workflow limit.
  • Another operation is already running and the account has reached its active-operation capacity.
  • A connected store needs to be reauthorized or synchronized.
  • Required source information, such as product images or destination fields, is missing.

Read the message shown in the workflow first. Reduce the selection, correct the source data, wait for an active operation to finish, or open Subscription when you need more capacity.

Plan credits and purchased credits

Your current plan determines the included credits and account capacity available to you. Use the current plan cards and subscription details in the app before making a purchase or relying on a future renewal.

One-time credit-pack behavior and billing approval differ between the SaaS web app and embedded Shopify app. See the guide that matches your account:

Plan work safely

Start with a small, representative selection when using a new enrichment task, field configuration, or image style. Review the results and the cost before expanding the scope.

For an operation that finishes with errors, review completed items first and use Retry Failed for only the affected items when that action is available. See Monitor and Recover Product Operations for safe recovery steps.
