Open Subscription from the sidebar to manage your Listagrow plan and AI credits. The page is the source of truth for your current plan, credit balance, renewal date, and the options available to your account.
Check your balance and plan
The top of the page shows your current plan, remaining credits, and the next renewal date when one applies. The sidebar also shows your current credit balance while you work in the app.
AI credits are used by eligible AI workflows, including product-content generation and image enhancement. The exact cost can vary by action, so review the cost shown in the product before starting a larger job.
Change your plan or add credits
Use Choose your plan to compare the current plan with the plans available to your account. You can start an upgrade, downgrade to the free plan when eligible, or contact Listagrow about a custom plan.
Use Buy extra credits for a one-time credit pack when you need more capacity. The page states that purchased credits do not expire, so they remain available for a later workflow.
Plan prices, capacity limits, included credits, connected-store limits, and user limits can change. Always rely on the current plan cards in the app before deciding on a plan or purchase.

Manage billing and account data
Use Open billing portal to update a payment method, view invoices, or cancel a paid subscription.
Use Request data export when you need a copy of your account data. The app confirms that Listagrow sends the export by email.
Delete my account permanently deletes the account and associated data. This cannot be undone. Export information you need before starting an account-deletion request.
