Listagrow runs time-consuming work in the background. This includes product generation, catalog enrichment, publishing, translation, and store synchronization. You can continue using the app while an operation is in progress.

Follow progress

When an operation starts, use the progress indicator in the app header to see its current state. The label and count depend on the work being performed, such as generating products, publishing products, or syncing a catalog.

When a product-content operation completes, use View results when it is available to continue in Review Products. A completed catalog sync updates the store data Listagrow uses for catalog workflows.

Understand completion states

An operation can finish in more than one way:

  • Completed means all planned work finished.
  • Completed with errors means some work completed and some items failed.
  • Failed means the operation could not finish.
  • Cancelled means the operation was stopped before all planned work finished.

Completed items remain available for review. Check the results before restarting work so you do not repeat work that already succeeded.

Cancel carefully

For eligible product-content operations, use the cancel control in the progress indicator when you need to stop further work. Cancellation is not available for every operation type; catalog sync operations, for example, do not expose the same in-app cancellation control.

Canceling prevents you from waiting on unwanted work, but it does not undo completed items. Review completed results and decide whether to keep, reject, or retry the unfinished work.

Retry failed items

When an operation finishes with retryable failed items, the progress indicator can offer Retry Failed. Use it after checking the error and fixing the underlying issue, such as missing store access, invalid source data, or a temporary destination problem.

Retry only the failed items when that option is available. Do not restart the whole workflow until you have confirmed that a focused retry cannot resolve the problem.

Recover after leaving the page

Operations continue after you navigate elsewhere in the app. Return to the workflow or open the relevant product list to inspect completed work. For translation, reopen the product and select More Actions → Translate to refresh its operation and language status.

If an operation remains in progress longer than expected, refresh the relevant page, check the connected store status in Connections, and use the recovery steps in the troubleshooting guide.
