Use this glossary when a Listagrow label is unfamiliar or when you need a quick answer before opening a detailed guide.

Glossary

Catalog health: A summary signal for how complete the audited catalog is. It helps you decide where to look first; it does not guarantee product quality or destination approval.

Readiness or completeness: A product-level signal that identifies missing information relevant to the connected catalog or destination.

Generated product: A product-content record created from images, a file, or another Listagrow workflow. It remains available for review before it changes a destination.

Enrichment: Improving selected fields on products that already exist in a connected catalog. Enrichment can fill missing information or rewrite the fields you choose.

Structured fields: Platform-specific product data beyond standard title, description, and price fields. Examples include Shopify metafields, WooCommerce attributes, or CS-Cart features and custom fields.

Category attributes: Structured values associated with a product category. Use them only when they match accurate product facts and your catalog process.

Direct publish: Sending approved product content from Listagrow to a connected destination. Direct-publish availability depends on the platform, connection, permissions, and required destination fields.

Export: Creating a destination file from reviewed products for an import or another operational workflow. An export does not change the destination on its own.

Translation status: The state of a localized product version. A translation can become Stale when the source content changes after the localized version was created.

Operation: Background work such as generation, enrichment, publishing, translation, or catalog synchronization. Operations can complete, complete with errors, fail, or be cancelled.

Frequently asked questions

Does Listagrow change my store as soon as it generates content?

No. Generation and enrichment create content for review. Check the result, then use the applicable publish, export, or embedded-Shopify apply action when it is ready.

Can I edit AI-generated content?

Yes. Open the product in Review Products to inspect and edit the result. Regenerate an individual field only when a new AI result is needed.

Should I enrich an entire catalog at once?

Start with a small, representative selection when testing a new task, set of fields, or writing preference. Expand the scope after you have reviewed the results and cost.

Why does a translation say Stale?

The source product content changed after the translation was created. Your existing localized edits remain available; retranslate when you need a version based on the latest source content.

What should I do when a background task has errors?

Review completed items first. When available, use Retry Failed after correcting the underlying issue instead of restarting the full operation. See Monitor and Recover Product Operations.

Where can I find the detailed instructions for my platform?

Open the applicable platform guide for Shopify, WooCommerce, or CS-Cart.
