Install Listagrow from the Shopify App Store, then open it from Apps in Shopify Admin. The embedded app works with the store you installed it for, so you do not need to connect or select that store again.

A reinstall may require you to approve Shopify billing again before using a paid plan.

Initial catalog scan

When you first open the dashboard, Listagrow starts scanning your Shopify catalog automatically. The progress indicator shows Syncing catalog…, and Catalog Health shows Syncing… while the scan is in progress. When it finishes, the dashboard shows your catalog health score and the number of products audited. Refreshing the dashboard does not start another scan after the catalog is up to date.

You can use Sync Now later to refresh the catalog health results.

Create your first product listing

From the dashboard, choose List New Products or navigate to Create Products. On Generate New Products:

  1. Choose images, folders, or a CSV or Excel file.
  2. Organize the images into the products you want to create. Attach a context file when you need Listagrow to use details from that file.
  3. Check the product count and credit cost shown on Generate.
  4. Choose Generate and wait for the job to finish.

Generation creates content for review; it does not update Shopify yet.

Review and apply the result

When generation completes, open Review Products. Choose Review on a product to check and edit its content. When it is ready, use Apply to send the approved changes to Shopify.

You can also select several products in the review list and use Apply Selected. Listagrow asks for confirmation before changing Shopify products.

See Apply Product Content to Shopify for the review, status, and rejection workflow.

Set your defaults

Open Brand & Settings before a larger workflow to configure the writing and SEO preferences Listagrow should use. You can also configure Shopify metafields and category attributes there when those are part of your catalog process.

See Configure Shopify AI Settings for the Shopify-specific settings.
