Connect a store or sales channel when you want to work with products that already exist in its catalog or use the publishing options available for that destination.
Add a connection
- Open Connections from the sidebar.
- Choose the sales channel you want to connect.
- Follow the connection form for that channel. Depending on the channel, Listagrow may ask you to sign in and approve access, or enter the connection details supplied by your store.
- Return to Listagrow when authorization is complete.
Your connection appears on the Connections page after it is added. Listagrow may begin syncing catalog information after a connection is created.

Select the store you are working with
Select the connected store from the store selector at the top of the app before working with its catalog. Your selected store is used by store-aware workflows such as Brand & Content, Enrich Products, and destination-specific review options.

When you manage more than one store, check the active store before changing settings, starting enrichment, reviewing platform fields, publishing, or exporting. The selector lets you move between connected stores without disconnecting the others.
Keep a connection current
The Connected Stores table shows the connection status and when the catalog was last synced. Use the actions shown for that store to keep its catalog information current:
- Sync now refreshes the catalog information Listagrow uses for store-aware workflows.
- Test checks whether Listagrow can still communicate with the connected store.
- Rename changes the store label shown in Listagrow.
- More provides additional management actions, which can include connection details or disconnection depending on the platform.
Use a sync before a major enrichment or publishing session when the catalog has changed substantially outside Listagrow.
When you sync one connected store, only that store shows Syncing…. The other stores keep their Sync now buttons, but those buttons are disabled until the active sync finishes.

Manage a connection
From Connections, you can check the connection status and use the actions available for that store. These can include syncing catalog information, updating connection details, renaming the connection, or disconnecting it.
If a connection stops working, start with Test. Check that the store address and authorization details are current, then update or reconnect it from this page. After reconnecting, wait for the catalog to sync before relying on its fields or publishing options.
Do not share store access tokens, API keys, or other credentials in a support message or screenshot.
